王海霞    瑜伽导师

经历:

2014年参加阮斌老师的流瑜伽培训课程;2015年在沙曼完成教练培训课程;

2016年参加普若帕克老师的“遇见完整瑜伽”的培训课程;2016年参加王晓敏老师的“来自Mysore的馈赠”培训课程;

2012年接触阿斯汤加,便被这套独特的体系深深吸引,直到2015年有幸遇到王向东老师,从此开启了阿汤汤加瑜伽的传承之路,从2015年至今,连续四年参加王向东老师的Ashtanga   Yoga的培训课程,并于2018和2019年跟随老师练习各一个月,还会继续不断学习下去。


阿斯汤伽瑜伽(Ashtanga    Yoga)特色:数数的系统,呼吸的练习,通过Vinyasa(串联体位)完成一套固定序列的练习,最终达到运动中的冥想。


授课风格:阿斯汤加。
